The OSP Construction Supervisor manages the installation and construction of fiber network facilities while overseeing line-crews and contractors. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within CAPEX budget parameters.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of technical experience in OSP engineering or construction. Proficiency in NESC requirements and proven project management skills are essential for this role.
Lumos is looking for a full-time OSP Construction Supervisor! In this role, you will directly manage the construction, installation of OSP network fiber facilities (poles, aerial, buried, and underground) within a specified market area. The Construction Supervisor has direct accountability for overseeing line-crews, splicers, and contract crews all simultaneously while ensuring all OSP construction projects get completed in a safe and timely fashion within CAPEX budget parameters across multiple projects.
