Candidates should have at least 3 years of general maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to work on-call rotations is required.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
