Oversee all field-level property management tasks including leasing, occupancy, and maintenance coordination to drive revenue performance. Manage resident relations and ensure homes meet quality standards through regular inspections and operational reporting.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, and a valid Real Estate License. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field-level property management, including leasing, occupancy, renewals, delinquency management, maintenance coordination, and the overall resident experience. You will play a key role in driving revenue performance while ensuring homes are move-in ready, residents receive exceptional service, and operational goals are achieved.
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing property management team focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences while maximizing portfolio performance. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, leasing, and leadership teams to ensure homes are well-maintained, occupancy goals are achieved, and residents receive outstanding service throughout their tenancy. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the Bridge Homes portfolio.

Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement

Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
