ABOUT THE ROLE
This Account Manager works closely with DCG ONE’s creative team to develop and deliver high-quality creative solutions for clients. This role is responsible for managing, developing, and launching a variety of projects and programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations. The position plays a key role in building and maintaining DCG ONE’s reputation by fostering strong client and internal relationships while supporting a diverse portfolio of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Function as the main point of contact for clients – field requests and collaborate with other teams to provide thoughts and strategic ideas on the best approach. Understand clients’ business, products, and goals to help define objectives and provide actionable strategies to meet those objectives. Drive discovery with clients and internal subject matter experts to define opportunities, scope, budget, and timing expectations. Understand and initiate team resourcing requests, develop briefs with insight from creative team leads to establish creative expectations for clear client and internal kickoffs. Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure that the project outcomes meet deadlines and remain on budget. Provide business updates by leading regularly scheduled status meetings with the direct supervisor. Leverage industry insights to educate the greater team and to bring creative ideas and solutions to life. Review creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy, within scope, and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines to meet or exceed KPIs. Handle miscellaneous account requests and special assignments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of creative agency experience preferred, or equivalent experience in a related communications field (marketing, advertising, or creative). 2+ years of direct marketing experience preferred including lead gen campaign and testing development. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships. Self-directed with a sense of urgency and a desire to proactively resolve client and internal issues. Strong curiosity and excitement for marketing and advertising and eagerness to share that knowledge with the team as it pertains to the client's business. High attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout all stages of a project lifecycle. May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment and may also work or access the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.

TRAVEL
This position may require some travel to client meetings and events. This position is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
