Job Description Summary:
The 2nd Line of Defense Fraud, Insider and Conduct Risk Management team is responsible for overseeing specialty and functional risk across TD’s business segments and corporate functions, inclusive of operational risk processes (identify, assess, measure, monitor and report). Jurisdictional coverage is across the Enterprise, including Canada and the US.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented risk professional to support governance, reporting, and committee management activities across Fraud and Insider Risk Management. This individual will prepare and coordinate materials for executive management committees, Board reporting, audit and regulatory engagements, and other governance forums.
The successful candidate will manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Beyond coordination, this role requires the ability to critically review information, identify gaps or inconsistencies, challenge content where appropriate, and ensure reporting aligns with governance requirements and leadership expectations.
This individual will develop and maintain a strong understanding of TD's governance policies, standards, reporting routines, and committee structures, enabling them to navigate the organization effectively, anticipate requirements, and drive deliverables through completion. They will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, helping ensure key governance activities remain organized, sustainable, and resilient during periods of high volume, competing priorities, or team absences.

Education & Experience:
Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or
7+ years relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, operating frameworks & reporting for business supported and/or area of discipline
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations and mitigation
Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
Ability to establish goals and objectives which support the strategic plan
Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
Skill in mentoring and coaching
Advanced skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
