The Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items while maintaining consistency and food safety standards across various dining services. They must also ensure kitchen workstations remain clean and organized while collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Candidates must possess a food handler certificate and culinary education, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Great food helps create great stays. As a Cook, you’ll play an important role in delivering fresh, high-quality meals and memorable dining experiences for our guests across restaurant service, banquets, catering, breakfast operations, and special events.What you’ll be doing
