The Key Account Manager serves as the primary contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers to identify and close opportunities for C-Arms and services. The role involves developing territory growth plans and collaborating cross-functionally to drive integrated account success.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of hospital-based sales experience, specifically within the operating room. Experience in capital equipment sales and demonstrated solution selling skills in complex environments are strongly preferred.
As the Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM), you will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers both inside and outside of the hospital. Primarily responsible for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services; identify, develop, and close MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role. Up to 80% travel.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target Earning potential is $179,000 to $215,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Tampa, Orlando, Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale .
