The Business Analyst II translates business needs into application software requirements and ensures they are incorporated into system design and testing. They also act as a liaison between software users and programming staff to resolve issues.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business analysis experience. Preferred experience includes healthcare industry post-pay reviews, medical coding systems (ICD, CPT, HCPCS), and claim processing.
Location: Hybrid1: This role requires associates be in the office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Business Analyst II is responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.
Experience working post-pay reviews, validation, and recovery processes in the healthcare industry strong preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects in various stages to completion strongly preferred.
Experience with medical billing guidelines, and regulations preferred.
Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS strongly preferred.
Claim processing experience strongly preferred.
GBD Facets or WGS experience preferred.
