The RN will perform home visits to adult and geriatric clients to administer medications, provide wound care, and execute doctor's orders. Responsibilities include monitoring client conditions, performing assessments, and accurately documenting care using a tablet.
Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Registered Nurse license and have at least one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and proficiency in EMR or OASIS documentation are required or preferred.

This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties.
Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED!
Must be willing to cover all counties.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications:
$55.00-$62.00 per point.
