The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing daily leasing and marketing operations, including touring prospects and maintaining positive resident relations. They also handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, logging packages, and resolving resident concerns.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma. A bachelor's degree in business or related field and prior property management experience are preferred.
