You'll manage client scheduling, support daily office operations, and work alongside a team of tax professionals. With training and support, this role can be a stepping stone into tax preparation or office leadership. This role is in-person and not remote.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality, call center, customer service or medical industries
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Experience working in a tax office, CPA firm, or financial services environment
