Le stratège en innovation des produits est chargé de repérer et de valider les initiatives de croissance à venir pour le secteur de l’assurance des particuliers chez Wawanesa. Le titulaire de ce poste explore les modèles de distribution émergents, notamment les partenariats avec des fabricants d’équipement d’origine (OEM), des prêteurs, ainsi que des acteurs du numérique et des données. Il évalue les nouveaux concepts de produits, conçoit des programmes pilote et élabore des thèses d’investissement pour soutenir le portefeuille d’innovation de produits à venir. Le titulaire du poste facilite la validation des idées en phase précoce en collaboration avec les responsables de la Stratégie et du Segment de marché. Il travaille de manière interfonctionnelle avec les équipes Tarification, Souscription, Technologie, Distribution et Conformité pour évaluer la viabilité, la mesurabilité et l’évolutivité.
