Requires a degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in rail/infrastructure projects. Must have at least 3 years of practical SCADA integration and commissioning experience.

The Testing and Commissioning - SCADA Lead will be a key member of the Rail and Systems team, reporting to the Package Manager, and supporting the day-to-day activities for the delivery of the assigned System package within the project’s allotted time, budget, quality, and safety requirements. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of the system, from design coordination through construction, testing, commissioning (T&C), and post-construction activities until final handover. In addition to general T&C responsibilities, the successful candidate will have proven experience in SCADA systems for rail infrastructure, ensuring reliability, integration, and operational readiness of the control systems across the LRT network.
