The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also handle inventory tasks such as restocking shelves and receiving deliveries.
Candidates should have previous retail or customer service experience and be willing to obtain ProServe certification. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:
Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
