The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations. They also lead, coach, and develop the store team to provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment and at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. A ProServe certification is required or must be obtained, and the role requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
