The Member Experience Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing member concerns to improve the overall club experience. Duties include handling sales transactions, maintaining facility cleanliness, and promoting club programs and services.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or fitness. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory requirements for employment.
