The First Cook will assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining high food quality standards and ensuring kitchen cleanliness across banquet and restaurant operations. Responsibilities include monitoring food safety temperatures, managing inventory, and preparing menu items according to standardized recipes.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a full-service hotel kitchen or similar environment. The role requires a friendly disposition, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene.
