Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of apartment maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and EPA/HVAC certification are required for the role.

What Makes Someone SOAR in This Role?
Maintenance Technicians work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events, as needed.
