The Staff Accountant supports day-to-day accounting operations including transaction processing, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. They are also responsible for managing fixed assets, inventory accounting, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle, is highly desired.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company through accurate transaction processing, account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, compliance reporting, and month-end close support.
This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely financial information to support business operations while developing a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting.
The anticipated total compensation range for this position is between $62,040 and $77,550, which includes a base salary and an incentive bonus opportunity. Base compensation within this range is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
· Primarily office-based with occasional travel to assigned zone locations.
· Regular use of computer systems and office equipment.
· May require flexibility in schedule to support business needs
