Are you a strategic leader who knows how to drive property performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results across a portfolio of apartment communities?
We're always looking to connect with talented Regional Managers who are interested in future opportunities within our growing multifamily portfolio. While we may not have an immediate opening available, we're continually building relationships with experienced leaders who can drive operational excellence and create lasting impact when opportunities arise.
What You’ll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of value-add multifamily apartment communities
Coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
Drive occupancy, collections, resident retention, and overall property performance
Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators
Identify opportunities to improve NOI, operational efficiencies, and resident satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory standards
Conduct property inspections and partner with onsite teams to maintain exceptional curb appeal and physical asset quality
Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning efforts
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio growth

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
Previous Regional Manager experience in multifamily property management
Proven success managing multiple communities and leading high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Demonstrated success driving occupancy, collections, and resident retention
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and execute action plans
Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
Ability to travel regularly within an assigned portfolio
Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
Industry Certifications (CAM, CPM. etc.) preferred
