Requires previous experience as a Regional Service Manager or equivalent leadership role in multifamily maintenance. Must possess EPA Certification and strong technical knowledge of building systems.

You're a hands-on leader who understands both the technical and operational sides of multifamily maintenance. You know how to build strong teams, hold people accountable, improve property performance, and create processes that drive consistency across an entire portfolio.

The firm focuses on acquisitions of value-add multifamily communities in the Sun Belt and Southeast markets. Lion's vertically integrated team allows us to create superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors through renovation, repositioning, better management, and optimum capitalization of our projects. Historically, the firm has transacted on over $2.8 billion across 15,000 multifamily units since its inception.
