Candidates need at least 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution industry and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A degree and specific experience with the WISE ERP system are desired.

Position Summary
The Field Training Specialist conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies. They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.
