The Operations Specialist will manage workflow, run reports in WMS systems, and analyze data to provide recommendations for process improvements. They will also coordinate with departmental teams and customer service to resolve issues and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience with Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of WMS or similar warehouse reporting systems. Strong math and communication skills are required, along with a willingness to obtain Material Handling equipment certification.
