Riportando all’ Area Sales Manager, avrai l'opportunità di acquisire, gestire e sviluppare i clienti della piccola e media impresa, contribuendo attivamente al raggiungimento di obiettivi di fatturato e margine.

4 giorni sul territorio per far crescere e gestire la tua area, la possibilità di gestire il venerdì in totale autonomia scegliendo tra home office o visite ai clienti.

 In questo ruolo sarai protagonista: la tua iniziativa farà la differenza ogni giorno.

Pacchetto retributivo e benefit

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio;

  • RAL: 30.000 - 33.000 € in base alla tua esperienza;

  • Sistema incentivante: variabile annuo lordoda 8.000 -10.000 euro, legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;

  • Gestire e sviluppare un portafoglio clienti già attivo;

  • Individuare nuove opportunità commerciali nella tua area (attività di scouting mirato e door to door);

  • Gestire il rapporto con i clienti tramite visite e contatto telefonico;

  • Ottimizzare le tue strategie grazie al CRM, fornendo report quotidiani delle tue attività e monitorando i KPI dei clienti;

  • Trasformare le esigenze del cliente in opportunità di vendita, fino alla chiusura;

  • Collaborare con i team interni e specialisti di prodotto per soluzioni mirate.
