The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing total store operations, including team development, recruiting, and training. They are responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring a premium customer experience through high-quality product services.
Candidates must have 3+ years of retail management experience and a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs is required, along with availability for weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $27. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
