The Sales Associate supports the store leadership team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a sales-driven environment. Responsibilities include product services like boot stretching and shaping, managing inventory, and ensuring the store remains organized and well-stocked.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs. Applicants must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking and overall shopkeeping.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.50-$16.50. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
