The Sales Associate supports the store leadership team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a sales-driven environment. Responsibilities include performing product services like boot shines and shaping, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong selling and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $16.50. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
