As a supervisor, you will have the opportunity to help lead the team to success in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests.

In the supervisor role, you will assist the management team in supervising all daily restaurant operations with a focus on product quality, increasing sales, and delivering a superior guest experience. Including some other areas such as inventory and training of team members. In addition, you will ensure adherence to food quality standards and safety and security procedures. The supervisor will have an important role in maintaining the restaurant’s performance and guest experience.

The first Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay opened in Las Vegas in 2021. In March 2022, we announced a strategic, international franchising initiative, focusing on franchise growth in select U.S. and international markets.
