Acts as the liaison between local users and corporate IT support to manage day-to-day system operations and preventative maintenance. Assists the IT Manager in executing strategic plans and coordinating infrastructure changes at the data center and administrative buildings.
Requires an Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates need at least one year of experience in business computer and network environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
The IT Coordinator- Contractor will be the liaison between local system users and corporate network support or any others IT support teams. The IT Coordinator will also assist the IT Manager in implementing and executing information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business, computer services, network communications, toll operations (including, but not limited to, electronic toll operations), and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives. This position will also be assisting and coordinating any changes to the IT Infrastructure and Corporate Services deployed at the data center and administrative buildings, as well as network communications throughout the project. This position is expect to last no more than 6 months.
