Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a results-driven Innovation Delivery Lead to drive technology-enabled solutions from concept through execution. This role plays a critical part in advancing digital transformation across construction projects while delivering measurable business value.

Your Role: Driving innovation, execution, and business impact

The Innovation Delivery Lead is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver innovative technology initiatives that enhance construction project performance. This role oversees project planning, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication while ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project management frameworks (PMBOK, ITIL), Agile Scrum delivery, and ServiceNow, with the ability to integrate new technologies into complex construction environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and accountability

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets

  • Execute projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver milestones on time

  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership

  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and communication

  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to secure resources and monitor performance

  • Partner with design, engineering, and construction teams to support effective execution

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

  • Manage budgets, track financial performance, and mitigate cost risks

  • Identify required personnel, systems, and services to successfully deliver projects

  • Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned

  • Drive innovation initiatives aligned with business and project objectives

  • Integrate emerging technologies into construction workflows with minimal disruption

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend solutions that enhance project delivery

  • Evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for business value creation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for construction innovation initiatives

  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of innovation programs

  • Implement best practices and drive consistency across innovation efforts

  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycles.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, information technology, computer science, or related field required

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification highly preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex technology solutions

  • Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or innovation programs on large infrastructure projects

  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, PMBOK, ITIL, and ServiceNow platforms

  • Experience in construction industry processes is a plus

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
