The Field Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried restaurant management positions across multiple locations. They will partner with operations leadership to source, screen, and hire top talent while maintaining an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Candidates should have 3 or more years of recruiting experience, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Proficiency in high-volume recruiting and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, hybrid environment are essential.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on the high-volume recruitment of salaried restaurant management talent across our Firebirds locations.
The Field Recruiter will partner closely with our Operations and Human Resources teams to identify, attract, and hire strong restaurant leaders. We are looking for someone who understands the hospitality industry, knows how to connect with restaurant professionals, and can successfully manage multiple openings and markets at the same time.
The ideal candidate has previous restaurant and/or hospitality recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong sense of urgency and follow-through to the recruiting process.
A successful Field Recruiter at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is someone who understands that great restaurants start with great leaders. This person will build strong partnerships with our Operations team, develop consistent pipelines of restaurant management talent, and keep candidates moving through the hiring process.
Success in this role means being able to balance a high-volume recruiting workload while maintaining quality, urgency, communication, and a strong candidate experience.
