Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are met. Lead the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper and manage staff training and compliance.
Requires previous hotel housekeeping experience, preferably with major brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and possess knowledge of local and state compliance laws.
What Makes a McKibbon Housekeeping Supervisor?
The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team. You are responsible for maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership, and you are qualified and ready to lead the department when the Executive Housekeeper is not on duty.
