Provide overnight residential care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household cleaning. Responsibilities also include dispensing medication, documenting activities, and facilitating community and in-home leisure activities.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic proficiency in American Sign Language. At least 6 months of verifiable experience working with the I/DD population is required.

We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.
What we need:
Friendly and caring individuals who work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in a residential home setting in Charlotte, NC.
What You'll Do:
Qualifications:
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 30+ hours over the weekend (Fri-Sun)
Rate: $17.00 per hour (Earn over $500 per weekend)
Schedule: Friday 6pm - Sunday 6:30pm (every other weekend; overnight sleep stay Friday & Saturday is required)
*This position does not include pay for time spent sleeping during a shift.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28215
