Requires 3-7 years of technical writing experience and a Bachelor's degree in English, Information Design, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical acumen and the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
A skilled Technical Writer to help create the content users need, when and where they need it. You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with subject matter experts from the Product and Engineering teams, as well as partner with the Education, Onboarding, Enablement and Customer Success teams, to ensure product documentation is accurate, up-to-date and meets user’s needs.
Demonstrated ability to follow style.
Proficiency with writing tools.
Completes assignments on time and with high quality.

Demonstrates innovation and creativity in various approaches to work such as tools, processes, structure, style guide, productivity of self and colleagues.
Researches the Jira ticket system for known bugs or new features to discover and communicate potential gaps to product owners.

Collaborates with their peers in ADEPT to successfully complete projects.

Cross-functional Meetings:
