Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience in high-volume outbound prospecting or sales. Proficiency with CRM platforms and experience in SaaS, GovTech, or civil construction industries is preferred.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine of our growth, serving as the first point of contact for agencies and firms modernizing their construction workflows. You will spend your day blending strategic research with high-energy outreach, crafting personalized messages that resonate with state DOTs and engineering consultants alike. Whether you are following up on marketing leads with lightning speed or hunting for new opportunities through cold calls and LinkedIn, your goal is to spark meaningful discovery conversations. You’ll be the bridge between a prospect's pain points and our solutions, ensuring a seamless handoff to our Account Executives and directly impacting our sales pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
