We’re looking for a Counselor on our Resource Team based in our Charlotte, NC office who is passionate about making an impact, someone who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to the work they do every day.
Do you feel called to support individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges? Do you have any experience working with individuals struggling with addiction or working towards recovery? Are you comfortable working with diverse populations, managing emotional situations, and staying grounded while supporting others?

You have a background in Counseling, Addiction Studies, or a related field (Bachelor’s or master’s preferred), along with one of the following:
You’re comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools, and you understand the importance of accurate documentation, confidentiality, and ethical care (HIPAA compliance).
