About the Role
Serve as a member of the client’s clinical treatment team and create, develop, monitor, revise, and implement the client’s Person-Centered Plan. Participate in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services. Provide individual and family focused support to clients and their families/natural supports based on their needs, diagnoses and best evidence-based practices. Provide any written documentation as required. This will include treatment notes, goals and plans for the medical record (e.g., Service notes, person-centered plan etc.)
Direct Services
Work to implement therapeutic interventions, crisis interventions, behavioral interventions, psycho-educational activities and other best evidence-based practice therapies. Work with clients, families, natural supports and collateral agencies in reviewing, applying and achieving goals as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan. Contribute to and participate in child and family team meetings.

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay aligned with your role, experience, and contribution, with opportunities for growth over time.
Compensation: $22.91 -$29.42
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

some experience in child behavioral health At a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in social work, or psychology and 2 years experience in the behavioral health field. An employee must become NVCI certified; receive training in population served, and client rights/confidentiality. Employees will be required to complete training in the evidenced based family therapy model selected by agency as well as crisis response training as responding to family crises is an expectation of the role. A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is also required.
