The Front Office Coordinator manages patient access by greeting visitors, handling calls, and scheduling appointments. They are also responsible for maintaining patient records, processing payments, and providing general administrative support to the team.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Prior experience in healthcare office administration with knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality is strongly preferred.
