Your Role as a Bus Driver:As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may will also serve as a teacher, working to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
Qualifications
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
Are at least 21 years old, hold a CDL, and the necessary credentials for a Bus Driver in Oklahoma which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and have child passenger safety training.
Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Established in 1988, Child Development Schools, Inc. operates as three early childhood education brands – Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders.
