The Keys To Home Housing Support Case Manager is responsible for facilitating case transfer, providing stabilization services, and providing support to Housing Stabilization Co-op.
This part-time, temporary position is scheduled for 20 hours per week and has a proposed start date of August 11, 2026, and end date of August 31, 2026. The Housing Support Case Management reports to the Program Manager of Keys to Home.
Location: Keys to Home, 29 Stanhope Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02116
Keys To Home: We provide intensive housing search and stabilization services to low-income individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Massachusetts, and living with HIV. Keys to Home is focused on the interconnection of housing and health. Our program helps individuals and families obtain safe, stable, affordable housing, increase self-sufficiency, and gain skills that support stability with housing and health.
Essential Functions:
Act in accordance with Victory Programs’ Standards of Excellence, including maintaining professional ethics, boundaries and client confidentiality.
Implement best practices in compliance with Victory Programs’ Philosophy of Care and Housing First philosophy.
Ensure that policies and procedures of the Keys to Home program are followed.
Monitor, manage, and triage all inquiries made to the Keys To Home Housing Support line, including responding to all voicemails and emails.
Assist in the onboarding and training of the new Co-op cohort starting in July 2026, covering the Redcap referral process, Housing Support Line, eHana workflows, Google Drive file repository, and other general program workflows, policies, and procedures.
Provide housing stabilization services to clients including eviction prevention, recertifications, accessing funding and benefit sources, accompanying clients to resource-related appointments, appeals, and following up on client applications.
Maintain timely and accurate records of all client work, completing all program required assessments.
Maintain clear, concise and accurate client files and data-based records.
Act as a liaison between clients, landlords, property management companies, healthcare providers, funding sources, and other providers as needed.
Attend weekly supervision, team meetings, and other meetings as requested.
Obtain signed consent to support and empower clients with the coordination of referrals, housing search, and services that address client need areas.
Non-Essential Functions:
Attend additional training as requested by your supervisor to further skill development.
Perform any other duty or task that may be requested by a supervisor or the Program Director.
Qualifications:
High school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may include:

Housing retention
Case management
HIV services
Experience advocating for clients with government assistance agencies, housing authorities, private landlords or realtors preferred
Openness to harm reduction philosophy
Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a professional team
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Google office suites and Internet use
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in multi-cultural settings with diverse client groups, including people with mental health concerns and substance use disorder
Must be CPR certified (may be obtained upon hire)
Complete TB screening (may be obtained upon hire)
Three strong work related professional references; at least 2 from manager or supervisor

Our benefit program includes a 75% health and 25% dental employer premium contribution, 100% employer paid disability and life insurance. Victory Programs offers a generous paid time off package to employees working 20+ hours a week including vacation, sick, and personal time as well as holidays. Upon hire, employees working 20+ hours a week are entitled to up to: 4 personal days, 160 sick hours, 10 holidays and 3 1/2 weeks of vacation. These figures adjust based on full time or part time status and allocated vacation time increases with length of employment.
