Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Weekend Care Coordinator to support client care operations every Saturday and Sunday. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, caregivers, and internal team members to ensure schedules are maintained, urgent staffing needs are addressed, and service issues are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate caregiver schedules and respond to call-offs or coverage needs.
Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding scheduling updates.
Monitor and resolve weekend service issues and escalations.
Document care coordination activities and updates in company systems.
Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure smooth handoff of outstanding items.
Support client service continuity and caregiver engagement.
Qualifications
Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with scheduling or healthcare software is a plus.
Must be based in the Chicago metropolitan area.
