Responsible for the year-round maintenance, security, and safety of all camp buildings, grounds, and equipment. Acts as the primary host for volunteers and guests to ensure a safe and inclusive outdoor experience.
Requires a high school diploma and 3-5+ years of experience in property management or a similar trade. Must possess a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and be able to work in extreme weather conditions.

Salary: $33,000 - $39,000 yearly

Our camp properties are magical places where girls explore the outdoors, develop leadership skills, and create lifelong memories. We are looking for a dedicated Camp Ranger to steward our site and ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all visitors. The Camp Ranger is responsible for the year-round maintenance, security, and safety of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will ensure that camp facilities are fully operational, clean, and prepared for troop camping, summer camp, and special events. As the "face of the camp”, you will act as a host to volunteers, families, and staff, fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive outdoor experience.
