Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or a related field, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Sustainability is preferred.

Your Opportunity
The Community Engagement Coordinator supports the delivery of Stantec’s corporate community engagement programs, helping to advance employee engagement, community investment, and community impact initiatives across the organization.
This role reports to the Community Engagement Manager and works with the Office of the CEO, regional teams, internal partners, and community organizations, this role helps coordinate day-to-day program activity, funding administration, communications, reporting, and platform support. This role supports strong program coordination, accurate data and documentation, responsive stakeholder support, and clear storytelling that helps amplify Stantec’s community impact. The role is well-suited to someone who is organized, service-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting initiatives that connect employees, communities, and Stantec’s broader business priorities.
