Conduct intakes as well as handle both case and crisis management

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program isrequired(Counseling or Social Work preferred)
License eligible (LMHC/LICSW)
Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
Must be comfortable with afast pacework environment and handling clients in crisis
Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
Ability toestablishtrusting relationships through compassion,empathyand insight
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
Good timemanagement skills necessary tomaintaintimelyrecord keeping
Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
