The PHP Clinician will conduct initial patient evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for case management, crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in nursing, counseling, or a related discipline. A minimum of one to two years of supervised counseling experience is required, with preference given to those holding an independent license such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinician will assist with the initial evaluation and patient intake interviews and assessments, assess patient’s presenting problems, formulate diagnoses, and make recommendations regarding appropriate treatment. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of the disease of addiction and/or mental illness, twelve-step recovery principles, and other evidence-based practices in addiction or mental health treatment.
