The Assistant Director provides clinical supervision for Behavioral Health/Justice-Involved and Massachusetts Impaired Driver programs. They oversee daily operations, ensure programmatic quality, and coordinate with justice entities and community partners.
Requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling and a valid LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in management and behavioral healthcare or substance use disorder treatment.

The Assistant Director of Community Based Programs will primarily be responsible for the clinical supervision of the Behavioral Health/Justice-Involved (BH-JI) and Massachusetts Impaired Driver (MID) programs. This position will also be involved in operations of all community-based programs to ensure programmatic quality and integrity. This position will serve as the supervisor for all community- based staff and BH-JI navigators. The Assistant Director supports the Director in the management of operations in all locations to ensure programmatic quality and integrity.
