Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K-12 schools. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess Illinois credentials for school-based practice. Experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and working within school teams is preferred.
AnthroMed Education is partnering with the Northern Illinois Area (NIA) to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Freeport School District 145 for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.
