About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a collaborative school community in Yorkville, IL to welcome a Part-Time Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support both elementary and high school students while working alongside a supportive special education team. With a flexible three-day-per-week schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple age groups, this is a great opportunity for an OT looking for work-life balance in a school-based setting.
What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy services for elementary and high school students
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Caseload Details
Elementary (K–5) and high school (9–12) student population
Three-day-per-week schedule
Split between one elementary school and one high school
Collaborative and supportive school team
Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR)
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
