The VPK Teacher will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. They are also responsible for monitoring student progress and ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and VPK Certification, with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA preferred. Applicants should have 2-5 years of prior experience in a certified child development center and the ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.
