The Lead Teacher will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. They are also responsible for monitoring student progress and ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a CDA or associate degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience and 45 DCF hours are required for this role.
