The Assistant Supervisor provides leadership and hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. They are responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring care plans are implemented effectively.
Candidates must have either a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with at least one year of experience, or a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license is required to transport individuals.

About the Role
As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role within the home, supporting both the individuals we serve and the direct care staff who help them thrive. You’ll work closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure each person receives compassionate, person‑centered care aligned with their individualized plans. You will guide and mentor staff, support daily operations, and serve as a leader when the supervisor is away.
