The Customer Service Specialist will assist wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, providing product information, and recommending appropriate solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Applicants must also be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 lbs and be available to work evenings and weekends.
